What is Ritva?
Ritva is an AI discoverability platform that audits how your brand is understood across AI systems, search engines, reviews, news, and communities — and helps close the gaps preventing recommendations.

Ritva monitors your discoverability, identifies gaps in AI and search coverage, generates content to close those gaps, and tracks improvement over time.

How do I get started?
Enter your website URL on the homepage to get a discoverability audit, then sign up to access the full platform.
Payments and Security
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are processed by authorized payment providers (HDFC Bank Payment Gateway / Razorpay). Ritva never stores your card or payment credentials. All transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with applicable security standards.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods supported by our payment providers at checkout.
Will I be charged automatically?
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically. You will receive advance notice before annual renewals. You can cancel anytime from account settings. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to account settings and select cancel, or email support@ritva.ai. You retain access until end of billing period. No cancellation fee.
What if I want a refund?
Annual plans: refund requests accepted within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans: non-refundable. See /refund for full policy.
How do I contact support?
Email support@ritva.ai or use the contact form at /contact. We respond within 2 business days.
Is there a helpdesk phone number?
Contact us at support@ritva.ai. Phone support available for enterprise plans — contact billing@ritva.ai.
How do I protect myself online?
Never share your password. Use a unique strong password for your Ritva account. Ritva will never ask for your password via email. Log out on shared devices. Review your subscription from account settings regularly.
